General

 

By making an appointment for driving lessons, the learner driver and/or their agent acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted all Terms & Conditions herein.

 

On provision of an email address this document will be emailed to the learner driver and/or their agent within 24 hours of the appointment being made.

Payments

​

Driving lessons or driving assessment lessons are to be paid at the end of said lesson or paid at time of booking if made online – www.driveriq.com.au

Cancellation Fees

​

Students are required to give not less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellations or changes to a scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of $40.

 

Students who have made no cancellation and are not at the designated address at the time of the scheduled lesson will incur the full lesson fee.

Definitions

​

Agents are parents or people acting on behalf of the learner driver.

 

It is assumed that supplied email addresses and mobile numbers are current and monitored by the learner driver and/or agents.

 

Driving assessment lessons are lessons to establish the requirements of the learner driver and subsequently the program recommended for the learner driver.
